Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Shipping is currently only available to the U.S.

International orders are currently unavailable, but may become available in the future, so please follow me on social media for announcements.

How will my purchase be sent to me?

Physical products such as art prints and stickers will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail. This means that tracking will not be available; however, it allows me to offer free shipping to my customers.

Digital products such as commissioned portraits will be sent via email.

When will I receive my purchase?

Your purchase will be packed and shipped the day after your order is placed. According to the official USPS website, First-Class Mail takes 1-5 business days to be delivered. Mail sent to Hawaiʻi can take up to 5-10 business days. However, as you can imagine, stormy weather, holiday postal traffic, or other unforeseeable circumstances may cause a delay in the arrival time of your shipment. Any delays on my end will be communicated to you asap.

My purchase arrived damaged - can I get a replacement or a refund?

If your purchase is damaged or you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email me at info@francinemaile.com with a photo of your purchase and I will refund you or send you a replacement.

I did not receive my purchase - can I get a replacement or a refund?

If you have not received your purchase after 14 business days, please email me at info@francinemaile.com and I will refund you or send you a replacement.

I ordered a product through Spoonflower, but I have a question about my order/shipment - who do I contact?

If you placed an order through Spoonflower, all printing, product creation, and shipping/delivery is done through them. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact their customer service. I’ve included some links below to get you started.

I ordered a product through Redbubble, but I have a question about my order/shipment - who do I contact?

If you placed an order through Redbubble, all printing, product creation, and shipping/delivery is done through them. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact their customer service. I’ve included a link to their Help Center to get you started.

Do you do wholesale?

I currently offer wholesale for my art prints, greeting cards, bookmarks, and stickers. If you’re interested in placing a wholesale order, please email me at info@francinemaile.com and we’ll get the ball rolling.

Do you do commissions?

I currently offer digital commissions on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in commissioning a piece, please email me at info@francinemaile.com and we can discuss your request further.

Do you draw fanart?

Yes, I do occasionally draw fanart, however to avoid copyright and intellectual property infringement, fanart will not be available for purchase. Instead, you can view any fanart that I draw, for free, on my social media sites!
